Happy-Stuff NewsTM:The Newsletter of Comfort, Hope and Inspiration
Happy-Stuff NewsTM is a wonderful newsletter published by Lynn Girardi. The Nov./Dec. 2007, 2nd Edition – Issue 7 was on “Following your Passions to a life you love…and, possibly, to your “purpose!”.” This issue offered very inspirational articles, and we recommend it! It is an inspiring publication and we were invited to contribute with a message to help the readers discover their purpose. Here is what Elisa Balabram wrote: “I find that writing always helps: writing about an ideal day, keeping a gratitude journal, and/or paying attention to your day and then writing about your feelings, and realizing the situations that make you feel your best. And it is also important to think about your life if all barriers were lifted, and money wasn’t an issue… what would you be doing? This exercise usually surprises the person doing it in a positive way. From that, you will need courage and effort to possibly transform your life, or do more of what you are already doing to fulfill your purpose.” For more information or a free sample of Happy-Stuff NewsTM: The Newsletter of Comfort, Hope and Inspiration, please contact Lynn Girardi at happystuff1@aol.com.
