Lisa Panarello was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY. After two years of community college, she worked full time in a brokerage firm while earning a self-paid marketing degree from Baruch College and progressed through 13 years of business and creative management careers with such companies as Seiko, Colgate and Golden Books. In 2001, Lisa acquired a Certificate in Career Planning from NYU and founded Careers Advance Consulting, an empowering, equal opportunity center of professional development. Since then, she has written over 2,000 high-powered resumes and provided one-on-one coaching to hundreds of individuals in areas such as career planning, job searching, portfolios, interviewing and networking. Lisa built her practice on the belief and proven fact that with the right combination of information, planning and commitment, everyone’s mission is possible. With that, Lisa has delivered over 300 educational workshops and inspiring seminars speaking to more than 550,000 high school and college students nationwide. Recently, with 15 of America’s top professional speakers, trainers and consultants, she co-authored a book entitled Unleash the Leader Within You. Lisa is committed to helping individuals young and aged, experienced and challenged, to see, seize and secure their own future and providing the critical career tools, skills training and motivation necessary to make it all happen.
