- Grace was a senior vice president of a financial services firm for thirteen years until she decided to pursue a masters degree in social work at Columbia University to help expand her knowledge of human systems within organizations. After completing her degree and the birth of her second child, Grace decided to stay at home with her children. During this time she dedicated herself to her family and to career advancement by actively learning through the process of interviewing and networking with people in fields of interest. Two years later, she joined the U.S. Department of Labor Women’s Bureau for Region II. Her role is to oversee and help implement the programs that the Bureau has in place and to bring renewed awareness about the Women’s Bureau to companies and organizations. Grace lives in Brooklyn, NY with her husband, Jim, their two daughters, Talia and Mariele and their beautiful cat India.
